Calling hours will be held in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg on Monday, June 20 from 3-6pm. A prayer service will begin at 6:00pm. Burial will be held privately.
Fitchburg – Cathy R. (Morock) McGuirk, 63, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2022 at home surrounded by family.
Cathy was born in Fitchburg on January 28, 1959, a daughter of Therese (Guillemette) Morock of Fitchburg and the late Louis V. Morock. She graduated from Saint Bernard’s High School, class of 1977.
Cathy will be fondly remembered for her love of dancing and her amazing baking abilities. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed walking the beach and always looked forward to her annual trip to New Jersey with her mother and sister.
In addition to her mother, Cathy is survived by her daughter Lauren J. Davis and her husband Aric of Westminster; son Robert P. McGuirk and his wife Leah of Milton; grandchildren, Connor, Jackson, Taylor, Vincent, and Owen; siblings, Mona Morock of Fitchburg, and Michael Morock of Ashby; many beloved extended family members.
