Calling hours will be held in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg on Friday, July 15, from 1-3pm. Burial will be held privately.
Christine A. Seguin Bourne, 67, of Fitchburg, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2022 in UMass Medical Center.
Christine was born in Spencer, MA on August 21, 1954, the daughter of the late Gerald and Evelyn (Mullen) Seguin. After graduating David Prouty High School, she attended Fitchburg State University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. For over 40 years, Christine spent her career as a Registered Nurse, working for Diversified Nursing and later at the Arc of Opportunity in Fitchburg.
She loved going to Pinehirst Campground in Old Orchard Beach, Maine every year with her husband and spending time with family. She loved the outdoors and tending her gardens.
She was predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Kenneth C. Bourne in 2011 as well as her step daughter Tonia Elizabeth Bourne.
Christine is survived by her two step children, Rhonda Bourne of Fitchburg and Keith Bourne and his wife Jade of Leominster; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and friend Richard Howe of Fitchburg.
