Calling hours will be held in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd. Fitchburg, MA on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 3-5 pm. Burial in Woodside Cemetery in Westminster, MA will be on January 8, 2022 at 1pm with a celebration of life to follow at Westminster VFW 1:30 – 5:30.

Dale R. Trainque, 45, of Winchendon, MA died Tuesday Dec 21, 2021.

Dale was born in Fitchburg on April 6, 1976, a son of Rene L. Trainque of Athol MA, and Brenda (Testa) Robichaud of Winchendon, MA. He was a 1994 graduate of Oakmont Regional High School.

Dale worked many years at Central Mass Tree Inc. in Westminster. He was also a very proud member of Rameau Family Motorsports as part of the pit crew. He enjoyed traveling with the racing crew and was one of their biggest fans. Dale enjoyed fishing and would spend many summer nights out on several different ponds in the area. Dale was also an avid dart player and enjoyed being on a few teams.

Dale’s best times were spent with family. He loved spending time with his many cousins, aunts and uncles whether it be at the many cookouts or holidays, Dale valued the closeness of family; His true pride and joy was his daughter Katelynn, who is his greatest accomplishment.

He leaves his mother Brenda and stepfather Henry “Sonny” Robichaud of Winchendon, MA; his father Rene Trainque and his wife Ann of Athol, MA; daughter Katelyn Trainque of Oxford; a brother Joey Testa and his wife Sharron, their children Mason, Marcus, and Maxxwell of Athol, MA; a sister Tanya Testa and her children Gianah and Jalynn of Gardner, MA; his paternal grandmother Clair Trainque and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dale was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Anthony V. and Cecile T. (Rameau) Testa; his paternal grandfather Lionel Trainque; his step grandparents Josephat and Bessie Robichaud of New Brunswick, Canada, and his uncle Bruce Testa.
