David Hoffman

David Hoffman, 65, of Fitchburg, passed away peacefully on November 3, after a long illness. 

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Rosemary (Lucci) Hoffman of Fitchburg, his son Adam Hoffman, and his daughter Alex Hoffman, both of Fitchburg. His sister Anne Tisdale of Gardner, brother James Hoffman of Virginia, and his grandson, Julian LaJoie Hoffman, who was his 'best bud' and fellow star gazer, also of Fitchburg. 

David was preceded by his mother, Janet Erickson, and his father, Donald Hoffman. 

A private service will be held at a later date. 

The family would like to express their gratitude to the hospice team and the Rose Monahan Hospice House in Worcester.
