Dolores (Cormier) Nowokunski

A private service will be held on Friday, February 26th in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg, MA. Burial will be at St. Anthony’s Cemetery on Shaker Road in Shirley, MA.



It is with love and peace that we announce the passing of Dolores “Dolly” Nowokunski; beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Dolly joins and rejoices in heaven with her beloved husband, Benny, her sons Michael and Kenny and her daughter Carol. She loved to decorate her house for every holiday, she cherished her collectibles, enjoyed playing games, eating chocolate and watching the show Gunsmoke, but most of all she loved and missed her family dearly. Dolly Nowokunski, originally from Acton, is survived by her son, Benjamin Nowokunski, her sister Dorothy Rockwood of South Carolina, her son-in-law Michael Scoville of California, her grandsons Riley Scoville and Ben Scoville, her granddaughter Tess Scoville, and her daughter-in-law Wendy Nowokunski, of Concord, MA.
