We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Felicia "Ama" Owusu-Antwi, also affectionately known as Ama, who left us on July 8, 2023. Born November 5, 1955, Felicia was a radiant beacon of kindness, stoicism, generosity, observance, and loyalty, leaving a lasting impression on anyone she encountered.

Felicia’s legacy will forever be a testament to the power of kindness and generosity. Her personality was a comforting and unwavering constant in a world of change, a stoic presence that was both reassuring and inspiring. Felicia emanated wisdom, and her life lessons have positively shaped the lives of many. Be it the humble virtues of kindness and respect for all or the admirable ethos of hard work she fervently espoused.

Among her many accomplishments, Felicia was most proud of being a mother. The love and dedication she devoted to her children and grandchild were unparalleled and this was where she found her greatest joy and fulfillment. She is survived by her mother, sister, husband, son, daughter, and granddaughter, who will all forever cherish the memories of her nurturing, and steadfast presence.

Her legacy of kindness and generosity extends beyond her immediate family, impacting everyone who was fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her. Felicia’s indomitable spirit will continue to live on in the hearts and minds of those she touched. To have known her was indeed a privilege, and to have loved her, an honor.

Felicia Ama Owusu-Antwi, will be profoundly missed yet her spirit endures within us, instilling in us the values and virtues she held dear. We will carry and pass on her teachings, her love, and her kindness, ensuring that her legacy lives on.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Ama for a period of visitation on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg MA, from 4:00PM until 6:00PM. Visitation will also take place on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Brandon Funeral Home from 9:00AM until 11:00AM.

An in-house funeral service will take place at 11:00AM with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 257 Main St, Leominster, MA 01453.
