She was born October 2, 1938, in Jauco, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Fernando Feliciano, Sr. and Beatriz (Arenas) Feliciano.
Her husband, Ramon Rodriguez died October 17, 2017. She leaves her son, Ezekiel Rodriguez and two daughters, Migdalia Rodriguez and Marlene Rodriguez.
