James F. Ball, 83 passed away December 31, 2020 at the Life Care Center of Leominster.
He was born in Marlborough, MA in 1937 and was a graduate of Fitchburg High School. James served in the US Air Force from 1954 to 1958. He belonged to New England Carpenters Union and was a carpenter all his life. He was a member of many rod and gun clubs; his passion was hunting, fishing and trapping.
James is survived by four children, James Ball of Princeton and wife Tammy Ball of Fitchburg, Caroline Ball of Fitchburg and long-time partner Robert Belmont, Steven Ball and wife Kathy of Fitchburg, and Kenneth Ball of Fitchburg; three grandchildren, Steven Ball, Jessica Ball, and Corey Ball; one predeceased grandson, James “Jamie” Ball; two great-grandchildren.
