John F Dantini passed away Thursday, December 4th, peacefully in Bedford, NH.
John was born in Leominster, October 9, 1946, the eldest son of Frank W Dantini and Rita Dantini (Malo).
John spent the last 33 years of his life as a proud resident of New Hampshire. He enjoyed time with family, following the finance sector and investing, and classic cars – particularly Ford Thunderbirds and BMWs. He was a dedicated follower of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. He was a huge fan of the band Chicago since they released their first album, “The Chicago Transit Authority,” in 1969, and his children grew up sharing his appreciation of music. John now joins his late wife, Lynn Herron, who passed in 2005.
John is survived by his son Mark Dantini and his wife Amy of Leominster, his daughter Melanie Dantini of Fitchburg, stepdaughter Jennifer O’Toole and her husband Darren of Bedford, NH, his sister Mary Jarvis and her husband John of Lunenburg, sister-in-law Robin Dantini of Leominster, and grandchildren Henry Dantini, Levi Jatrinski, Parker O’Toole, and Chloe O’Toole.
In memory of John, we encourage friends and family to share their memories and upload photos on his memorial page.
