A service will be held in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg on Wednesday, July 21 from 4-7pm. On Thursday, July 22, visitation from 9-11 in the funeral home, immediately followed by burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Leominster.
Leominster – Jose M. Perez, 67, of Leominster passed away on July 16, in UMass Medical Center.
Jose was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico on December 5, 1953, a son of Alfonso Perez and Rosa Mercado.
He is survived by his children, Frankie Rivera, Miguel Rivera, Maria Batista, Linda Perez, Ezequiel Perez, and Angelica Perez; 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jose loved family gatherings; he will always be remembered as the life of the party. He had a wonderful personality and sense of humor; he will be greatly missed.
