She graduated from Fitchburg High School with the Class of 1943 and was the last surviving member of “Club,” a group of high school friends that gathered weekly for over 60 years to play cards, knit, crochet or just plain talk. She also worked at General Electric Co. for many years.

Lillian was predeceased by her beloved husband of 47 years, David D. Robertson, their son Gary J. Robertson, a grandson Mark A. Robertson, and by four sisters, Eva Joseph, Grace Belliveau, Dorothy Schafish, and Elizabeth Guazzo.

Robertson and his wife Jean of Merrimack, NH, David D. Robertson, Jr. and his wife Tammy of Clarksville, TN, and Kevin T. Robertson and his wife Emily of Ashburnham. Lillian overcame many challenges in her long life and lead a life filled with travel, spontaneity and love. Her family and friends, who span many generations and much of the country, will remember her playing cards and fun times with the Dingbats, (her four sisters) who entertained at family reunions. She enjoyed a good time and those she loved will miss her quick-witted humor, her dancing and her bubbly giggle.

Thank you to her friends who looked over her in her Lunenburg house and apartment, the staff and caregivers at her apartment in Fitchburg, and the amazing hospital staff.
