Funeral Mass will be held in Saint John’s Church, 44 Temple Street., Worcester, MA 01604 on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 10:00am. Burial will be held privately.

Southbridge – Lynne Mary (Sanders) Dimond, 63, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 27, 2018.
Lynne was born in Lowell on July 7, 1954, a daughter of the late Edward and Carmen (Meehan) Sanders. For many years she worked as a Bartender at several establishments. It was a job she loved; she enjoyed being around people. Lynne always saw the good in everyone. She was always so giving of herself and would help anyone in need. She will be fondly remembered for proving a safe and welcoming shelter for all loved ones, and every possible species of animal. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. A diehard New England sports fan, Lynne could often be found rooting on her Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics. She was an incredible example of a selfless person and will be truly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Hills and husband Christopher of Southbridge and Caitlin Martinez and husband Mark of Fitchburg; grandchildren, Michael Dimond, Veronica Dobson, Alexis Dimond, Brianna Dimond, and Isabel DelValle; two brothers, Edward Sanders of Northborough and Robert Sanders of Rowley; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Lynne was predeceased by her former husband, Louis Dimond and her sister, Joan Sanders.
