BOUCHER — A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, October 16 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster. Burial will be private at the Silver Lake Cemetery in Athol. Family and friends will gather for calling hours on Thursday, October 15 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Cecilia Church Renovation Fund, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster MA 01453, or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101, or to Salesian Missions, PO Box 30, New Rochelle, NY 10802.



FROSTPROOF, FL — Madeleine “Maddie” I. (Lamoureux) Boucher, 75 of Frostproof, FL was called home by our Lord on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Florida Hospital Celebration.

Born on July 12, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and Irene (Lachance) Lamoureux.

She leaves her husband and best friend of 23 years, Gerald “Jerry” Boucher; a brother, Alcide Lamoureux and his wife, Theresa of Leominster; nieces and nephews, Cheryl Lamoureux-Ledden of Wakefield, Kevin Lamoureux of Templeton, Lynn Malanson of Punta Gorda, FL, Joan Pantano of Leominster, Mark LaFond of Tewksbury, and Jane LaFond of Winchendon.She was predeceased by her sister, Lorraine LaFond and by her brother, Edward Lamoureux.

Born and raised in Leominster, Maddie lived in Athol after her marriage and has resided in Florida since 2003. Before her retirement, she was a first grade teacher for the city of Gardner for 38 years. She was a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Maddie loved music. She was a member of the Chordella Barbershop. She was the former choir director for St. Cecilia Church and a member of many parish organizations. Maddie was an active member of Holy Spirit Church in Florida and their choir. She was involved in many Variety Shows and was director of the Lily Lake Chorus. She and Jerry were avid RVers and members of the Chapter 49 Holiday Rambler RV Club. She will be missed by many.
