A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Brandon Funeral Home, Fitchburg. A calling hour will be held from 10-11 am. Burial will follow in St. Bernard’s Cemetery.
ATHOL – Marlene (DiSalvo) Montville, 74, of Athol died February 25, 2017 in Worcester after a brief illness.
She was born June 15, 1942 in Gardner, the daughter of Anthony and Edna (Leware) DiSalvo.
Her husband, Robert C. Montville, Sr. died in 2016. She leaves a son, Robert C. Montville, Jr. of Athol, four daughters, Linda Montville and her husband, Al Robichaud, of Fitchburg, Lisa Montville of Athol, Brenda Montville of Leominster and Tina Montville of Lunenburg, a sister, Linda Nelson of FL, fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Montville and a brother, Ricky DiSalvo.
Marlene loved to shop and crochet. She and her late husband enjoyed going to Foxwoods, York Beach and Old Orchard Beach.
