Mary Victoria Brodeur

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary Victoria Brodeur, who left us on January 24, 2026. Born on June 11, 1943, in Macon, GA, her vibrant spirit brought joy and warmth to everyone she encountered. Mary was the beloved youngest of ten children, a position that fostered her unique blend of resilience, compassion, and playful humor. Her family was her world, and the love and care she poured into it were evident to all who knew her.

Mary spent much of her professional life serving the Ashburnham School District as a Secretary, where her dedication and work ethic were highly recognized. After retirement, she cherished the ability to dedicate more time to her family and her community in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Mary's radiant smile, infectious laughter, and enduring love for her family will forever be etched in our hearts. The memories we've shared with her are a treasure we will forever hold dear.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Alfred Brodeur; her cherished daughters, Susan Brodeur-Rivera and Eva Lenora Brodeur; her step-sons, Paul and Michael Brodeur; her son-in-law, Clemente Rivera; her adored grandchildren, Adrien Brodeur, Andres Rodriguez, Ayaan-Nalin Brodeur, Jesse Brodeur, Eric Brodeur, and Sarah Brodeur-Luke. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Minnie Ragsdale.
