Lancaster

Nicholas “Nick” Kraszyk, 44, of Lancaster, MA, left this world on September 15, 2025, far too soon for all of us who loved him.

Nick was never one to sit still. Whether he was crushing a CrossFit workout, throwing weights around like they were feathers, or being an accomplished deep-sea fisherman with a special love for tuna fishing, often times heading out on the water in search of tuna bigger than most people’s cars, he lived with drive and intensity. He hunted, he sparred on the Jiu Jitsu mat, and he built a car collection that was as bold, unique, and unapologetic as he was.

Above all else, Nick’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was being a devoted father to his children and a dedicated partner exploring life and deep conversations with his beloved wife, Isleen. His love, encouragement, and presence will live on in them. Nick adored his sons, Maddox and Zagan, who were the center of his universe. He’d light up talking about them, pushing them, and loving them in ways only he could. He leaves them with a legacy of strength, humor, and determination (and probably a few pointers on proper deadlift form).

Nick is survived by his father, Raymond Kraszyk, and his wife, Patty; his loving wife, Isleen (Cintron) Kraszyk, his pride and joys, Maddox and Zagan Kraszyk; his brother, Glenn Cheries, his sister, Nadine Cheries, several nieces and nephews: Gianna, Gabriella & Dominic Slack, Garrett Cheries, his Godparents, Anthony and Claudia Minichiello, his cousins, Patty Viau, Beth Thibodeau, and countless friends who knew him as loyal, loud, stubborn, hilarious, and always 100% Nick. He is reunited in peace with his mother, Paula Kraszyk.

Professionally, Nick made his mark as a Senior Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner Practitioner at Cadence Wealth Management, guiding clients with honesty and grit. He was also a proud graduate of Fitchburg State University. His colleagues will remember him not just for his sharp mind but for the energy he brought into every room.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to support Maddox and Zagan’s education (details to come shortly.)

Nick lived life at full throttle, never halfway. He’ll be remembered not just for what he did, but for how fiercely he loved, how hard he pushed, and how impossible it was not to notice when he walked into a room. He was one of a kind, and he’ll be missed beyond measure.

Calling hours will be held at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg, MA 01420 on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

A Service will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 84 Salem St, Fitchburg, MA 01420 on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 am.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Monoosnock Country Club, 40 Monoosnock Ave, Leominster, MA 01453. Everyone who knew and loved Nick is invited to come celebrate him the way he lived — big, bold, and unapologetically himself.
