Paul Joseph Orlando, 62, of Ashburnham, passed away unexpectedly at his home on February 2. He was the proud owner of Orlando’s Auto Sales in Fitchburg. He was a deeply beloved father, “Papa”, and dear friend to the many that knew him. Paul enjoyed the simple things in life, and truly was a ”jack of all trades”. He was proficient at everything, from repairing the smallest problem, to building his own house. He was a self reliant man until the end. Paul was an avid sports fan, known for having the race on one tv, and all the other games on the others. He enjoyed cooking, boating, helping others in need, working around his home, but most importantly spending time with his children and grandchildren. He leaves behind his daughters Jessica Stone of Newburyport, Karlee Dowd and her husband Eric Dowd of Worcester, Brittany Orlando of Leominster and son Paul Orlando Jr. of Leominster, his two sisters Elise White of Leominster, and Jane Orlando of Gettysburg, PA. Grandchildren Mackenzie Daley, Colby Benedetti, Cameron and Violet Stone, Tenleigh, Gianna, and Sophia Dowd, and Ella Leblanc. He is predeceased by his parents Michael and Geneva Orlando, and brother Michael Orlando.
