Rob was born on November 27,1955 in Fitchburg a son of the late Robert H. Bean Sr. and Martha P. (Poirier) Bean.

Besides his mother, Rob is survived by hisfour sisters, Carolyn Beaulieu and her husband, James of Auburn, ME, Susan Bean and her husband, Ray Walton of Seattle, WA, Patricia Paliulis and her husband, Algis of Hopkinton, and Nancy Cormier and her husband, Karl Henry of Leominster. Surviving him also are one niece and eight nephews.

Mr. Bean was a graduate of the Electrical Program at Monty Tech, Class of 1973. He was an avid guitar player who enjoyed many different types of music. Rob retired from Tyco-Simplex of Gardner. Private family services will be held at a later date.
