Rosalie Anna Kifer went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 18, 2024.
Rosalie was born in Fitchburg, MA to Daniel and Jeannette (DiGeronimo) Secino. She lived her entire life in Fitchburg, MA.
Rosalie was predeceased by her husband Kenneth W Kifer, married for 64 years. Her two brothers Daniel Secino and Joseph Secino and one granddaughter also predeceased her.
Rosalie leaves son Kenneth, and Deb Kifer of Fitchburg, son John, and Susan Kifer of Alton Bay, NH, and son Robert, and Leslye Kifer of Leominster, MA. She also leaves nine grandchildren, fourteen great grand-children and two great-great-grandchildren.
Rosalie loved to crochet and as each member of her family got married, they received a handmade bedspread from her. She was a great Italian cook, whether she was making raviolis, lasagna, pizza fritto, minestra soup or Italian cookies. All of which were always a great treat for her family.
Rosalie’s passion for the Lord showed in her constant attendance at the Fitchburg Church of the Nazarene.
The family would like to extend its deepest gratitude to the following for taking such good care of Rosalie: The Gables Assisted Living Community, the Reliant Geriatric Care Program, HealthAlliance Home Health and Hospice Care, and Always There Home Healthcare.
A celebration of Rosalie’s life will be held Sunday, August 25, 2024, at 3 pm at the Church of the Nazarene 800 South Street lower level. Burial will be private.
