Sharon Lynne Gravelle

Sharon Lynne Gravelle, was born on the 19th of May, 1944 in Fitchburg, MA, and passed away on the 23rd of January, 2024. Sharon was the most loving daughter, sister, aunt, foster Mom and grandmother anyone could ask for. As Winston Churchill once wisely said, "We make a life by what we give." Sharon lived these words daily, tirelessly and selflessly giving her time and energy to those she loved.

Sharon attended Northeastern University and went on to become a passionate healthcare professional, dedicating her career to the field of phlebotomy. She served at several local  hospitals and Quest Diagnostics until her retirement, leaving an indelible mark on the healthcare industry and her patients. She resided in Groton, Massachusetts, but also held cherished memories of her time in Lunenburg, MA. Sharon will be best remembered for her loving, caring and compassionate personality for herfamily, friends, and the countless lives she touched throughout her life.

Sharon is survived by her brothers, Peter, David, Donald, John, Alfred, Dennis and Stephen Gravelle, and sister, Janice White. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Joseph and Phyllis Gravelle.

The Gravelle family would like to acknowledge and thank the team at RiverCourt Residences for the loving care provided to Sharon.

Her life will be celebrated, and her spirit remembered, during visitation hours from 4 to 6 pm on Sunday, the 4th of February, 2024 at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, 01420. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
