Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 11, in Holy Trinity Green Orthodox Church, 1319 Main St., Fitchburg from 10-11:30am. The funeral will begin at 11:30am. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Townsend. Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg is directing arrangements.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1319 Main St., Fitchburg, MA 01420.
West Townsend – Vasiliki (Vozikis) Dragoslis, 82, passed away peacefully at home on May 6, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.
Vasiliki was born in Hrisohorafa, Greece on May 10, 1938 a daughter of the late Christos and Anastasia (Kanaki) Vozikis.
She was the co-owner of Central Plaza Pizza in Townsend, alongside her husband of 50 years, the late Ioannis “Mr. John” Dragoslis, who passed away in 2008. After retirement, Vasiliki enjoyed traveling, especially back home to Greece. She always enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandchildren.
Vasiliki is survived by her two children, Arthur Dragoslis and his wife Judy of Lunenburg and Staci Halkiadakis and her husband Vasilios “Bill” of West Townsend; grandchildren, Koula and Yianna Dragoslis and Kostas and Yannis Halkiadakis; siblings, Stergios Vozikis of Worcester, Vangelitsa Panagiotidis of Worcester, Vaia Gazos of SC, Irene Dellios of Greece, Georgia Kaltsounis of Greece, and Sophia Mahlianis of Greece; sisters-in-law, Aspasia Kioutsoukis of Greece, Vangelitsa Dragoslis of Greece, and Garifalia Vozikis of Australia; many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother John Vozikis.
