His free time was often spent perfecting his aim at the shooting range, indulging in the thrill of traveling with his beloved wife, Carol, spending time at the 99 with his nephew Scott and playing with his grandchildren, who were the apples of his eye.
Wayne's family was the cornerstone of his life. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol; his mother, Yvette; his daughter, Abigail Elliott (Lucas) his stepchildren, Rebecca Paquette (Nicholas), Bethany St. Cyr (Shawn), Mariah Kelley (Jamison); and Josiah Benoit (Carissa); and his sisters, Barbara Malboeuf (Paul), Phyllis Hine (Dan), and Paula Breton (Alan). Wayne was predeceased by his father Philip Toland. As someone who placed immense value on family, he imparted the same love and dedication to his family who will forever cherish his memory.
We invite everyone whose lives were touched by Wayne to leave their cherished memories and upload photos to the memorial page. He was a man who brought joy to everyone around him, and it would be a fitting tribute to celebrate his life in the same spirit that he lived it.
We will gather to celebrate his joyful life on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, 01420. A service will follow at 12:00 pm
